Description

For some reason my long-running tunnels close from time to time. I usually have to go the the AlmostVPN control panel to start them again. It would be nice if there were an option to restart them automatically

Could you please attach ~/Library/Applications Support/AlmostVPN/almostvpn.log file to the ticket. AlmostVPN in its present form already has "restart" capabilities. It will try to restart connection if it was dropped by the server. Apparently, in your case something else is going on. I hope the log might help me to figure out.

AlmostVPN used to react on "closed by remote host" as an indication of recoverable loss of connection to the server. It looks like in some situations different message could be received ( "Connection reset by peer" ). As of 0.9.3 AlmostVPN will treat both messages the same way.
