Fail to connect to account

I am trying to set up a connection to our company server. No matter if I try smb or imap, it won't work. When I press "start" the login ends with "unknown fingerprint". As I read on your page I have tried the buttom "Test Account", but this will result in "Fail to connect to account 6a". I have no idea what to do. Maybe this information is important: I am using dyndns to get the IP-adress of the server.

Can anybody help.

Could you please do following:

  1. Create empty file ~/Library/Application Support/AlmostVPN/debug
  2. Try to start profile you having problem with again
  3. When it fails e-mail following files to support@leapingbytes.com 
    ~/Library/Application Support/AlmostVPN/almostvpn.log
~/Library/Preferences/com.leapingbyte.AlmostVPN.plist
    NOTE: As you will see, none of these two files contain any of your passwords. They do contain your user names. If you do not want me to see your user names, you can replace these names with "xxxxx".
